What can an organization do to increase its performance? The answer is -- view work differently. When individuals, teams, and organizations focus on the work they do productivity miracles begin to occur. As we began to do research, with a focus on work, we made a very important discovery – much of the hard work people do for their organization has little to do with the strategies of their organization.
